Great time at Northgate Brewing for our Single Hop Day!

Thank you to everyone at Northgate for providing the wort, facility, and of course beer!

Building off a Pale Ale base of 2-row, Maris Otter, and light Crystal malts, the NBA brewers used a single hop over 5 additions featuring nearly 20 different hops.

• 60 Minute: 40 IBUs
• 20 Minute: 0.5oz
• 10 minute: 1oz
• Knockout: 2oz
• Dry Hop: 1oz

Everyone used a clean American Ale yeast strain (WLP001, Wyeast 1056, US-05)

Tasting will be Tuesday, July 11 at Northgate – shoot for brining ~2 growlers worth to share and discuss.
