NBA Single Hop Experiment
What: Tasting of 19 different hop varieties showcased with the same base beer recipe.
When: THIS THURSDAY July 19 7:00-10:00pm
Where: 1700 2nd St NE 55413 – East Side Neighborhood Services (There will be other things going on, so be sure to be respectful)
Parking: Lot right behind the building
Who: All club members, and any pro brewer/beer geek invited by the ExComm (ie. Indeed, Harriet, 612Brew, MNBeer.com, Dangerous Man, MN Beer Activist, Brewing TV, Four Firkins, NorthGate, maybe a couple others)
*To ensure we have enough supplies, this is not a +1 event. However, we will be selling memberships at the door.
*There will be a sign in sheet at the door. Please be sure to sign in and get a nametag. We want everyone to be social.
Single Hop Brewers:
Bring your beer, minimum 144 oz, between 6:15-6:45pm to set up.
Your beer should be chilled, and in a container that will keep cool. We need to bring our own coolers and ice. There is very limited fridge space in the building.
It may be a wise idea to bring more than the 144oz, we currently expect 50+ for this event, and would hate to run out early.
Everyone else:
The event starts at 7:00pm. Be on time.
If you are bringing some food for the pot luck, show up a little early, and please add your name to the list on this spreadsheet.
We will have an oven and convection oven if we need to reheat anything.
