The Nordeast Brewers Alliance has a brew system that is available for club members to use. You may have seen it in its latest state in this video where Steve, Aaron, and Tyler break in the newest addition – 30-gallon mash tun.
The system lives on a single-tier stand, with 2 propane burners, 2 pumps, and a counter flow chiller.
There are six (yes six!) vessels to choose from:
- 15.5-gallon keggles that are set up for HLT, MLT, and BK
- 20-gallon HLT kettle
- 30-gallon MLT kettle
- 30-gallon Boil Kettle
